Preliminary approval for Bally's temporary casino at Medinah Temple
Bally’s is inching closer to opening the temporary casino inside the old Medinah Temple in River North, but the casino still has to jump through several hoops before they can open the doors. CBS 2’s Shardaa Gray reports.
