Police: Theft of children's boots led to high-speed chase on Tri-State
Three people appeared in bond court Wednesday on charges that they stole children’s boots from a Nordstrom Rack in Oak Brook, then rammed a squad car and led police on a pursuit that ended on the Tri-State Tollway.
