Police searching for missing teen recover car in pond
Crews have recovered a car from a retention pond in Vernon Hills as authorities search for a teenage girl from Carpentersville who has been missing for a week. Police said they believe Brissa Romero was in the car when it went into the water, but they have not recovered her body.
