Neighbors in Chicago suburb describe arrest of suspect in officer's murder
Xavier Tate Jr. was arrested in a Glendale Heights apartment complex Wednesday night in the murder of Chicago Police Officer Luis Huesca. CBS 2's Sara Machi talked with some neighbors who witnessed the dramatic arrest.
