Nearly six months ago, Jaida Victoria Rosado Colon was one of two people killed in a crash on DuSable Lake Shore Drive at 31st Street. Her mother wants to know why the driver responsible is only facing a traffic ticket, as CBS 2's Jermont Terry reports.
