Mom says her daughter was abused at out-of-state special ed school where CPS sends kids
The CBS News Chicago Investigators have discovered that the school, Shrub Oak in Westchester County, New York, has been investigated for reports of abuse and neglect. Yet the Chicago Public Schools continue sending kids there. Megan Hickey reports.
