Migrant crisis focus of tense City Council meeting

Emotions ran high at City Hall on Wednesday, as angry residents were forced out of City Council chambers, after repeatedly interrupting the meeting as they voiced frustration with the city's plans to house migrants at two tent camps. The disruptions came as the mayor's plans to build a tent camp in Morgan Park were put on hold.
