Man says he got runaround after he couldn't activate prepaid debit card for friend
Michael Cozzi bought a prepaid debit card for his friend and put $300 of his own money on it—only to be told by every party involved with the card that it was in somebody else’s name and he couldn’t unlock the money. Lauren Victory reports.
