Jussie Smollett returning to court to face sentencing
Former "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett's seemingly endless criminal case is expected to come to a close on Thursday, after more than three years, when he will ask a judge to overturn his conviction before facing sentencing. CBS 2's Mugo Odigwe reports.
