Illinois lawmakers call for automakers to help police combat carjackings
Lawmakers in Springfield and Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart want automakers' help to deal with the carjacking crisis by setting up a hotline to help police track stolen cars. CBS 2's Meredith Barack reports.
