Highland Park pays respects to mass shooting victims with moment of silence
At 10:14 a.m. Monday, church bells rang out seven times in Highland Park, as dozens of people stood outside for a two-minute moment of silence, to pay their respects to the victims of last week's mass shooting at the July 4th parade.
