Highland Park, Illinois parade shooting plea deal falls apart
Victims' family members and survivors were in court expecting to make victim impact statements before the suspect in the July 4th parade shooting changed his plea to guilty, but instead, the suspect backed out of the deal. CBS 2's Marissa Perlman reports.
