Heavy lake effect snow causing crashes, semi-trucks to jackknife on I-94
Indiana State Police Sgt. Glen Fifield says the heavy snow is causing some crashes. He advises drivers to avoid the roads if they don’t have to be outside, but to slow down if needed.
