What you are about to see may be disturbing. The CBS 2 Investigators have been digging into cases of children as young as 6 years old being handcuffed at school. Police have been disciplining students instead of principals, hauling kids out of school and into squad cars; not for serious offenses, but for simple temper tantrums or other similar behavior.
