Generations of innocent victims of nuclear testing have gotten sick

Since 1990, Washington has compensated some families of those who have suffered from cancer from nuclear fallout – through a program called the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act. But mired in budget standoffs, Congress has come perilously close to an upcoming deadline to keep the program running. CBS 2's Chris Tye reports.
