Former Chicago Police supt. explains how police might deal with protest agitators
A protest march downtown a night ahead of the Democratic National Convention morphed into a focus on the pro-Palestinian cause as it took to the streets. Former police Supt. Eddie Johnson said this cause is more likely to attract outside agitators.
