Flood cleanup in Cicero after more than 8 inches of rain
Cicero was soaked with more than 8 inches of rain on Sunday, making it one of the areas hit hardest by a record-breaking rainstorm. CBS 2’s Tara Molina caught up with homeowners picking up the pieces and clearing out basements after flooding.
