Feds meet with Chicago City Council members to discuss migrant assistance
Leaders from the Department of Homeland Security are in Chicago discussing the migrant crisis. Nearly 3,200 migrants are waiting for shelter space. More than 2,300 are in police stations. CBS 2's Sabrina Franza reports.
