Family of child who disappeared 41 years ago hopes new age-progressed picture can her case
The image from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children shows what Vinyette Teague might look like today at 42 years old. In June of 1983, Teague went missing from the Robert Taylor Housing Complex.
