Expert reviews video showing deadly crash during Chicago police chase
New videos show a fatal crash during a police chase on the city's South Side last month. The videos were released by the Civilian Office of Police Accountability, which has been investigating CPD's role in the crash for nearly 2 months. One expert said, even with all of the new video from the scene, it's tough to make a call on whether the chase was justified.
