Essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards honors women overlooked in film industry
While the Oscars are known as a celebration of great films and actors--studies show there's still a lack of diversity in the film industry. CBS News' Danya Bacchus takes a look at one event that recognizes the accomplishments of a group still fighting for equality.
