Crash shuts down all lanes on DuSable Lake Shore Drive at Roosevelt Road

A crash is causing major delays for commuters on northbound DuSable Lake Shore Drive Monday morning. Kris Habermehl confirmed traffic is building just north of the Stevenson Expressway.
