CPD officer investing in Chicago's youth
Officer Carmichael Lewis, has served with CPD 12 years. He's taken all he's seen on the streets, and in Chicago's neighborhoods, to start a non-profit called Youth & Blue United. It's all about bridging the relationship between youth and police through mentorship, group activities, and workshops.
