"ComEd Four" seek to have Madigan bribery charges tossed
Four former ComEd executives and lobbyists convicted of conspiring to bribe former Illinois House Speaker Mike Madigan are asking for the charges to be thrown out. Their attorneys argue the case against them was built on a “rotten foundation.”
