Chicago City Council approves measure to keep ShotSpotter in place
ShotSpotter gunshot detection technology could get new life in Chicago, after aldermen approved a measure that would require City Council approval to remove the system from any ward, despite Mayor Brandon Johnson's bid to end the city's ShotSpotter contract altogether later this year.
