Big test coming Tuesday for Mayor Johnson's Chicago city budget proposal

City leaders have just over three weeks to get a new budget passed, or else a city shutdown will take effect. Mayor Brandon Johnson's plan, which still includes a property tax hike, goes before the City Council Finance Committee Tuesday, as Political Reporter Chris Tye reports.
