Biden, McCarthy visiting Chicago area ahead of midterms
President Joe Biden will be arriving in Chicago on Friday evening, to stump for Democratic congressional candidates, just days ahead of Election Day. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, meantime, will be in the suburbs to stump for Republicans.
