Bald eagle being treated after rescue from Waukegan Harbor
A bald eagle stuck and left lifeless on an ice floe – that was the call that came in from Waukegan Harbor Sunday morning. But a team from Chicago Bird Collision Monitors swooped in to try and help. CBS 2's Chris Tye reports.
