Attorney for man body-slammed by officer says city withheld smoking-gun letter by CPD Supt. Brown
Bernard Kersh was slammed to the pavement in 2019 by Chicago Police Officer Jerald Williams. Kersh's attorney now says the city withheld a letter in which police Supt. David Brown wrote that Williams used excessive force. CBS 2's Charlie De Mar reports.
