Apparent kidnapping prompts police pursuit, crash on Chicago's Northwest Side
A possible armed kidnapping that originated in the north suburbs ended in a crash overnight on the Northwest Side of Chicago. North Chicago police said, around 10:30 p.m. Monday, officers responded to a call from woman who said she was being chased by her boyfriend in a gray Mazda sedan, and he might be armed with a gun.
