15-year-old boy charged in murder of postal carrier in Chicago
Police said the boy was arrested Monday in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, after he was identified as the person who shot and killed 48-year-old Octavia Redmond in the West Pullman neighborhood on July 19. Megan Hickey reports.
