A bicyclist has died after being struck in the hit-and-run last month in Garfield Park.
The accident happened on Washington Boulevard at Damen Avenue, not far from the United Center.
No one was hurt, but neighbors say it could have been much worse.

Both drivers sped off from the scene.
Police confirmed autopsy results are pending.

Most recently, a man in his 20s was shot in the Roseland neighborhood on the South Side. The man was in the 9900 block of South Wentworth Avenue about 9:55 p.m. when he was shot in the hand, police said.
