Crews were working to remove a freight train that derailed Wednesday afternoon in west suburban Cicero.
A passenger told CBS News Chicago that the train stopped abruptly and made no loud noises. The operator then announced that the train had derailed, which the agency later confirmed.
An evacuation order was lifted a few hours after it was first put into place, but neighbors want to know how the derailment happened, and what is being done to prevent such a thing from happening again. CBS 2's Marybel Gonzalez reports.
