The shooting disrupted traffic Wednesday night, and the disruption continued as late as 10 p.m. Jermont Terry reports.
One victim was taken to an area hospital with injuries, though police did not specify what those injuries were.
A white Nissan sedan struck the pedestrian, who died at the scene.
