Marchers gathered outside the church for prayers before taking off to spread what they hope will be a message of love, hope, and nonviolence.
The march begins at 7 p.m. at the church followed by the Saints Basketball League championship at 9 p.m.
More than 300 volunteers took part in projects like picking up trash, packaging meals for the homeless, and creating cancer patient care packages.
Saint Sabina catholic church gave out 400 boxes of food to families. Organizers said they were full of healthy items, including fresh fruit, veggies and protein.
