It's that time of a year when a sea of people wearing green stand and wait for the Main Branch of the Chicago River to match their outfits. CBS 2's Noel Brennan reports.
This marks the 69th year of the dyeing of the Chicago River. The St. Patrick’s Day Parade downtown will follow Saturday, and the South Side Irish Parade in Beverly is coming up Sunday.
