The Cook County Sheriff's Department said around 3 a.m., police responded to a report of shots fired in the 1400 block of Ambassador Lane in Ford Heights.
Larry Neuman, 73, was shot around 11:30 a.m. last Thursday, June 20, in the 4300 block of West Monroe Street in West Garfield Park. A second teen was charged with his murder on Friday.
The victims ranged in age from 16 to 49.
Javier LeBron, 40, was arrested by members of the Area Five Homicide Support Team in the 2600 block of North Milwaukee Avenue.
There was already a warrant for the teen's arrest for a previous robbery. A tipster also confirmed the gunman's identity and police arrested him at his home in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street.
Jai'mani was going to visit a neighbor when he reached the sidewalk, and someone started shooting in his direction. Police sources said 13 shots were fired from a rifle.
