Richard Streetman, who has attended the North Halsted Street festival since 1998 and is performing this year, reminds everyone who attends to protect themselves against monkeypox as they already know how. CBS 2's Jackie Kostek reporrts.

Market Days will be held this Saturday and Sunday along Halsted Street from Addison Street south to Belmont Avenue.

Anyone who had close contact with a confirmed case in the area can get the vaccine, as well as anyone who's at high risk.
The health department says the risk to people in the area is still low.
The case remains isolated, and risk to residents remains low, officials said.
The CDC has already confirmed 113 monkeypox cases in the U.S. and 15 of the cases are in Illinois.
As of Monday, the city has now identified seven confirmed cases of monkeypox this year, and the city is working with the Illinois Department of Public Health and other local public health agencies to identify other potential cases.
