The 18-year-old was arrested by members of the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force on Friday, in the 8400 block of South Racine Avenue.
The crimes ranged from sexual assault to kidnapping and armed robbery. There were a total of five victims, while the only suspect is dead. CBS 2's Darius Johnson reports.
