Officials say Jon W. Hansen, 24, of Shorewood, is charged with three counts of murder, one count of attempted first-degree murder, and one count of aggravated battery with a firearm.
The alleged shooter took his own life during a pursuit in Texas following the January shooting, but a second man is now charged.
Joliet police said the shooting happened just before midnight in the 2300 block of White Birch Lane.
