Lenier Clayton, who was shot and killed on the interstate southwest of Chicago, was only 30 years old with so much more life left to live and love to give, his mother said. Jermont Terry reports.
Jerrell W. Harris was charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery with a firearm stemming from the shooting, police said.
