Calvin D. Woods, 32, was arrested by the ISP Division of Criminal Investigation Zone 1 East Violent Crimes Unit. He was charged with two counts of first-degree murder.

Illinois State Police said around 3:10 a.m., troopers attempted to make a traffic stop on a stolen car, a silver Ford, on westbound I-290 at Damen.
At one point all lanes were closed.
An early morning shooting on the Eisenhower Expressway on Chicago's Near West Side left a 25-year-old man dead and shut down the Paulina Street ramp for several hours on Thursday.
