As of Wednesday, it had been a week since Alicia Robles arrived at Stroger Hospital of Cook County with third-degree burns on her face and much of her body. As Andrew Ramos reports, hot oil spilled all over Robles' body, and the driver who is to blame remains at large.
The victim, 17-year-old Jorge Carmona, was pronounced dead at the scene.
It happened just before 1:30 a.m. in the 7500 block of South Phillips Avenue.
