"It was also discovered there was an issue with the communication to the 911 Center," police said.
Officials in Highland, Indiana, said two tornado sirens were found to be malfunctioning after a tornado touched down in the town on Wednesday.
On Forrest Drive in Highland, two families saw trees completely uprooted on land on their lawn, and another saw a tree land right on her house. Marissa Sulek reports.
