The district's budget proposal dedicates more than $1 billion in federal emergency relief funding to support a return to full-time in-person classes in the fall.
The three school-based vaccination sites are open weekly for CPS students and their families, ages 12 and up.
"We will continue just to work with local health officials and with CPS to determine the right course of action."
The nation's third-largest school district plans to offer five days a week of in-person instruction and says the goal is to vaccinate as many students as possible.
"They just told me, someone watched the video, from CPS and they called the DCFS hotline."
