A bank robber was caught just moments after a heist in Chicago's Loop, but it's what federal agents found on the suspect that's raising eyebrows: a note seemingly tying the robbery to anti-government sentiment.
CBS 2's Shardaa Gray reports a federal complaint said the robber, identified as Kendall Jones, asked a teller about opening an account and then passed a holdup note to the teller, asking if it would suffice as identification
Authorities said the robber made a demand for money and threatened with violence. No injuries were reported in either incident.
The whole situation took three years and still hasn't been resolved.
