Cosmicos Pet Bakery's pet treats are an instant hit with just about every furry friend who walks by, and their owners are never far behind.
On July 9, a person called 911 to report "kittens stuck in a port-a-potty" outside the North Chicago Youth Center on Lewis Avenue.
The cats were transferred from the Humane Society of Northwestern Iowa, and arrived Saturday afternoon at the PAWS Chicago Nan and Wayne Kocourek Medical Center in Little Village.
They plan to bring back cats that were staying in Iowa shelters before the flood.
