Jamari Dunbar, 18, and two juveniles – a 14-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy – each have been charged with one count of aggravated vehicular hijacking.
The boys, ages 16 and 17, were arrested on Thursday just before 3 p.m. in the 1400 block of North Sedgwick Avenue.
He was charged with two felony counts of aggravated vehicular hijacking with a firearm.
