Police said four suspects backed their Jeep Cherokee up to the front door and used a chain to pull the ATM out.
The burglaries took place in Lincoln Park and Rogers Park.
Police have not said if the two burglaries are connected.
The owner of Fresh Mart Foods, at 400 E 83rd St., said he's thinking of closing up shop after the latest burglary.
At least two people broke the glass door at Glitz Car Wash at 2511 W. Augusta Blvd. around 5:40 a.m., according to police.
