The Fire Department was called at 2:07 a.m. for the fire in a residential building the 4500 block of south Honore Street.
The robberies happened within two hours in the Brighton Park and Back of the Yards neighborhoods.
It was not clear late Monday if anyone was hurt.

The victim lost control of the vehicle and struck two parked cars. His vehicle rolled over.
Officers were seen running down the sidewalk near 54th and Bishop streets.
